1. Change into Auger conveyor coffee lifter

The function of the auger feeder is similar to the vacuum feeder(our standard machine is equipped with a vacuum feeder). Auger feeder could conveyor ground coffee into the hopper of filling machine by screw, which could avoid the ground coffee contact with the air to keep the freshness and aroma. If you produce Nespresso, we suggest you this optional station. It’s because the quality of Nespresso is higher.
2. Longer belt with flip flop counter system
The flip flop is the perfect station for bulk packings like 48ct or 96ct packing no need for sorting or standing but just a big carton packed. For example, it will turn when a flip flop counts 48ct Nespresso. Please check the picture of the flip-flop.
3. Inkjet printer to print a lot on each k cup (MARKEN)

These are more applicable to KCUP, printing dates on KCUP, etc. However, for Nespresso, it is generally printed on the Nespresso box

After filling ground coffee into the capsule, it could add liquid flavor to the seasoning.

This station could weigh sealing machine on the line and refuse bad one.
7. Photoelectric image for Sealing check system

8. Vibrator Drum
It could automatically organize some capsules that are difficult to stack, such as dolce gusto. And conveyor the capsule to the filling machine.
9. Can I pack Nespresso capsules and Lavazza Point capsules with the same machine?
The Lavazza point filling machine needs a vibrator drum to sour out and transport to the filling machine because the Lavazza point is difficult to stack. Besides, Lavazza point has two stations of roll film to cut film on the bottom and top, so we need to use the longer frames, and the price of the machine is higher. In addition, if you want to produce Nespresso at the same time, you need to purchase a changing mold.
