2. Weighing system. Our engineers programmed the weighing system into the PLC touch screen control system. You can see each capsule's weight from time to time through the PLC controller. It can save up to 5 sets of data.

By adjusting the weight range to the PLC controller, you can make the machine automatically refuse overweight or light capsules.

3. Cup grabbing system. We have improved the traditional cylinder cup grasping mode and adopted the connecting rod transmission type. On the one hand, this way increases the speed of grasping the cup; on the other hand, it makes the action of grasping the cup more stable.
