I remember that in February 2020, Daniel contacted us for the first time, and I talked to him a lot about the machine, such as the type of coffee capsule, speed of filling, optional accessories, and so on. We even discussed his visit to the factory in China. Daniel is very kindly. It is a good time talking to him, and I am glad to help him and give him the best advice. In the end, he decided to produce two compostable Nespresso on the machine at the same time.
Unfortunately, COVID-19 was becoming more and more serious in China; we couldn’t go back to work in the factory, so we could only communicate online.
Until April, when COVID-19 in China began to improve, it began to spread in Europe; I clearly remember that Italy and France were both banned.
We were very worried when we saw the news on the Internet, so we asked our customers in Europe and the United States if they were short of epidemic prevention supplies, including Daniel, and sent them some masks. We hope that everyone can get through this difficult period.
After every storm, the sun will smile. At the end of 2020, the epidemic in Europe also began to improve.
To our surprise, we received a box of delicious cookies from Daniel! A lovely gift.
When everything was ready at the end of 2020, we received an advance from Mr. Daniel and started manufacturing. The delivery time of the single-lane filling machine was about 45 days.
His machine is a standard type. Because he has a high demand for the quality of the capsule, we recommended that he buy an extra nitrogen generator(provided by us) to connect with the filling machine.
At the end of December, we completed the production and testing of the machine and sent the test video and the final product to Daniel. He was very satisfied with the result. The next step was to deliver the goods.
