Trigger and engineer make a trip to Syktyvkar to install the Nespresso line, Dolce Gusto filling machine, and Drip coffee bag filling and sealing machine.

This is a CP5004 machine for aluminum Nespresso compatible capsules, then connected with an automatic carton by a sorter conveyor system. Whole line capacity speeds up to 18 cartons per minute,



We have some features added to the filling machine, screw conveyor for auto-loading ground coffee when the material sensor gives a signal. An online flavor pump was also added on as more and more flavored Nespresso capsules sold on the Russian market, and remote-control assistance, etc. we use a robotic system to push two rows of capsules to the conveyor plate of the carton. Capsules are passed through with a round separator controlled by a servo motor and sensor counts.

This is a carton for product horizontal loading. And close by hot melt glue. Also a set of sensors on different stations, for checking capsules on conveyor plates, cartons in holders, etc.

This is an individual machine for packing the Dolce Gusto espresso capsules. Linear style and single track, with a small productivity of 40-45 cups per minute. Dolce Gusto capsule is unstacked type so will have a sorting system to assist the capsule easy to be loaded into mold brick. At the outset equip a vibrator sorter to finish.

Still, use a servo motor to control the accuracy of the auger to fill. And equipped with an anti-static bar to help fill it at a cleaner level. Online cutting for the first film which is a perforated film, then the customer chooses a precut lid with a customized logo as a secondary cover.



This is the third machine besides capsule machines, drip coffee filling, and sealing machines, very compact design and is easy to operate, this is a higher speed type and could get 55 bags per minute in actual running. Every button in the visible range is labeled in English, quickly adjust the temperature, speed, stop running, etc. Quick and easy reload roll films.

Wind film, and grab finished inner bag are controlled by a servo motor.

Inner bag seal with ultrasonic sealing. The secondary seal is a heating seal after being formed. Nitrogen flush reaches 98%, we ask the operator to close the door when running to give a stable and closed environment so nitrogen will not be but in this environment.
