The frame of the whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel with a plexiglass door.
In order to protect the safety of workers, you could set it to stop production when the door is opened (Turn it off if you don't need it). Because there are two layers of film inside the Dolce Gusto capsule, the perforated film and the top plastic film, the machine also has two film-cutting stations. Therefore, the Dolce gusto filling machine is longer than the ordinary machine.
Since Dolce gusto is a hard-to-stack capsule, we provide you with an additional cup management system, a vibrator drum. It can conveyor the Dolce Gusto capsule to the filling machine perfectly.
A standard machine realizes the production from A to Z. Included no cup no filling, foreign body detection alarm, emergency braking, and nitrogen flushing system.
The linear structure can be well achieved to add additional stations, such as adding an essence pump, UV germicidal lamp, and reject unqualified.
It can not only fill ground coffee but also can fill cocoa, tea, matcha powder, and so on.
This type of machine occupies a small area, and the intelligent PLC controller makes your production easier.

Introduction:

CP4501LD The extended linear filling and sealing machine allows you to increase the stations you want. Vibrator drum to realize cup management fully automatic. After sealing, you could connect the bag packaging machine or the box packing machine to achieve full automation of production. The screw feeder preserves the original aroma of coffee very well.

Ready to connect with the next packing system such as box packing machine and bag packing machine.
